Honduran green coffee for B2B buyers

Evaluate a Honduran green coffee purchase with clear, lot-level information.

Hondutrader helps U.S. roasters and importers review origin, the lot dossier, and commercial terms before structuring a purchase.

An initial review is not an offer, reservation, or supply commitment.

Readable origin

See available producer, farm, or area information for the lot, with its source and status clearly identified.

Controlled purchase

Review quantity, sample, quality, route, Incoterm, price, and terms only when applicable and defined for the transaction.

Evidence with a clear scope

Distinguish confirmed, estimated, and pending information; evidence is shown with its related scope, date, and transaction.

How we work

From inquiry to a defined transaction

Each purchase is reviewed according to the lot and commercial route. The process aligns information before an offer is issued or commitments are made.

  1. Share your requirement. Tell us your purchase type, approximate volume, destination, and preferred timing.
  2. We review the fit. We confirm which origin, lot, and route information is available for review.
  3. We define applicable terms. Where applicable, we review the sample, specification, volume, price or formula, Incoterm, named place, documents, and payment.
  4. We formalize only what is confirmed. An offer or contract identifies transaction terms, validity, and responsible parties.

An inquiry does not guarantee availability, a sample, or commercial terms.

Lot information

Information reviewed at lot level

A lot’s commercial record may include the following fields when available and applicable:

  • Identity: code, producer or group, farm or area, crop, variety, and process.
  • Condition and quality: quantity, packaging, moisture/water activity, defects, sensory profile, protocol, and date.
  • Sample and control: sample, retention sample, reference, and pre-shipment verification status.
  • Commerce: confirmed availability, price or formula, currency, Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place, window, payment, and documents.
  • Evidence: associated documents, chain-of-custody, or records, with confirmed, estimated, or target/pending status.

Published fields do not replace the current lot dossier or offer document.

Origin and evidence

Visible origin. Bounded evidence.

When available and approved for sharing, Coffee Origen information may provide producer, farm, area, and origin context. Where applicable, IATraceability may provide records or evidence status for the transaction under review. We show what was verified, for which transaction, and what remains pending.

Commercial routes

The route defines the terms

Depending on the transaction, a purchase may be structured from Honduras or through a confirmed inventory/import route. The selling entity, importer of record, availability, Incoterm, named place, transfer of risk, price, and documents are confirmed per transaction. If Happy Hour Roasters & Imports participates, its role will be expressly identified in the applicable offer or contract.

Request type

Availability, sample, traceability, EUDR, and commercial notices

Availability: Availability, quantity, quality, dates, and condition of each lot are subject to confirmation in the current dossier and applicable transaction.

Samples: A sample request is subject to evaluation, availability, preparation, destination, costs, documentation, and confirmed shipping terms. It is not a commitment to dispatch.

Traceability: Origin and traceability information is presented only with available evidence, its date, and scope. Not all data or documents apply to every lot or transaction.

EUDR: Any EUDR-related evidence or status is assessed for the relevant transaction and market. It is not a general or permanent statement of lot compliance.

Offer / price / Incoterm: No website content is a binding offer. Price, currency, Incoterms® 2020 rule, named place, payment, documents, risk, and validity are defined in writing for the transaction.

Happy Hour Roasters & Imports: Where applicable, Happy Hour Roasters & Imports’ participation will be defined for the relevant transaction; it must not be inferred from this site.
