Hondutrader
Sample-request privacy notice
When you submit this form, Hondutrader collects the contact and request details you provide to assess a purchase or sample request. The request is stored on Hondutrader’s database and is available only to authorized Hondutrader personnel handling the review. Hondutrader does not use it to promise availability, dispatch, price, or commercial terms.
We retain submitted requests for up to 180 days, after which an automated deletion job removes them. You can ask about a submitted request or deletion by contacting Hondutrader through the form recipient workflow. We use the information only for the stated request and contact you only when you select contact consent.
This notice describes the sample-request collection. It is not a binding commercial offer; availability, price, dispatch, and transaction terms require confirmation in the applicable written documentation.
